Return Policy

At Livwell, we stand behind the quality of our cookware and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day refund policy.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition that you received it, new, unused condition and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The 30-day refund period begins on the date of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@livwellmade.com to receive a return authorization number (RAN). Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
